Ra’Sheia Nicole is a dynamic, energetic breath of fresh air who uses her superpower of therapy, coaching, and mentoring to push people toward greatness. As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, she brings a compassionate and professional lens to her work, helping individuals break through mental barriers and live the confident, purpose-filled lives they deserve.

With over 19 years of experience, Ra’Sheia is a licensed therapist, transformational speaker, author, and Women’s Empowerment & Confidence Coach. Historically, her mission has centered on empowering women and teen girls—but her work has evolved to support men as well, recognizing that confidence, healing, and self-esteem are universal needs.

She has studied the impact of self-esteem on life outcomes and has developed proven tools to challenge negative mindsets and promote personal growth. From her 90-day gratitude journals to her goal-setting workbook and transformational workshops, Ra’Sheia equips her audience with tools, encouragement, and tangible strategies for mental wellness, healthy self-esteem, and inner peace.

Ra’Sheia is the Founder and Executive Director of The Happy Confident Future Foundation, a nonprofit organization serving both Detroit and Metro Atlanta. Its signature programs—Girls Destined For Greater Mentoring Group and Success:YES!—help youth thrive through mentorship, life skills, and emotional development.

Her engaging workshops and webinars have inspired thousands across the country. With over 1 million TikTok views, Ra’Sheia’s content reaches a broad audience with messages about confidence, healing, and personal transformation for women, men, and youth.

Ra’Sheia has spoken for a variety of audiences, including Gwinnett County Government, the Detroit Police Department's 12th Precinct, Oak Park School District, Quicken Loans, HOT 107.5, and Clark Atlanta University. She is also the recipient of the Detroit Association of Women’s Clubs’ “Lifting As We Climb” Award for her outstanding service to women and youth.

A proud Detroiter now living in Metro Atlanta, Ra’Sheia is a devoted wife to Rochaude and loving mom to Tielor and Jackson. Whether she's on stage, online, or in a one-on-one session, Ra’Sheia Nicole’s goal is always the same: to help people embrace their power, prioritize their mental health, and walk confidently in their purpose.
